Tripura: DM, who misbehaved with guests at wedding ceremony, has now been removed from the post, himself requested

The Tripura authorities has eliminated the District Justice of the Peace of Agartala, Dr. Shailesh Kumar Yadav. He has been accused of misconduct throughout a marriage ceremony for violating the Corona Tips. This video of him went viral on social media. In a letter to Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar on Sunday, Shailesh Yadav requested him to be relieved of the cost of DM of Agartala, as he’s being questioned in regards to the incident.

Yadav wrote within the letter, “The Tripura authorities has constituted a high-level inquiry committee to research the incidents that passed off on the evening of 26 April 2021. For a good inquiry, I relieved myself of the cost of DM of the Western District. I request you to do it. ”

Giving this data, Legislation Minister Ratan Lal Nath stated, “The Chief Secretary accepted his letter and freed him from his publish of District Justice of the Peace. Ravel Hamdra Kumar, Director of the Division of Industries and Commerce, is at the moment accountable for the West District Justice of the Peace. Has been given.”

Yadav stopped a marriage ceremony on the evening of 26 April. Throughout this time he’s accused of misbehaving with the policemen, friends and Pandit ji current on the spot. He additionally pressured the bride and groom to vacate the venue. This video of him went viral on social media.

Quickly after the incident, the Chief Minister requested the Chief Secretary to submit a report on the incident and a committee of two IAS officers was constituted to research the matter. Initially, although Yadav had apologized, he informed the committee that he had applied legislation and order as per his obligation to cease the unfold of the corono virus.
