KOLKATA: TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee was Wednesday sworn-in because the chief minister of West Bengal for the third consecutive time period after an enormous win within the state meeting elections. Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar administered her the oath of workplace and secrecy at a low-key ceremony at Raj Bhawan held amid the raging Covid pandemic.
Banerjee took the oath in Bengali language.
Aside from senior TMC leaders like Partha Chatterjee and Subrata Mukherjee, ballot strategist Prashant Kishor, who performed a key position in TMC’s victory, and Banerjee MP nephew Abhishek Banerjee have been current.
Banerjee has mentioned her first precedence after resuming workplace shall be to deal with the Covid-19 state of affairs.
