COOCH BEHAR : Lashing out in opposition to the rival Bharatiya Janata Get together (BJP) forward of the fourth section of the West Bengal elections, chief minister Mamata Banerjee mentioned she is a ‘Bengal tigress’, who won’t bend in entrance of BJP’s assaults.
Talking at a public gathering in Cooch Behar, Banerjee mentioned: “They (BJP) will carry goons from Assam. They are going to explode bombs and threaten individuals. Don’t be afraid. They don’t need our moms and sisters to vote. Central forces are blocking ur moms and sisters from voting.”
She claimed that if the BJP involves energy within the state, they are going to construct detention camps like in Assam. “They’ve stored 14 lakh Bengalis in detention camps, who don’t have any future. We’re preventing for these poor individuals. They weren’t even voting, police made raids on them.”
“BJP can’t do something to me with their cash. I’m a Bengal tigress, I break however I don’t bend,” she additional remarked.
Banerjee appealed to the individuals to vote for the Trinamool Congress (TMC) if they didn’t need to see “Gujaratis capturing Bengal”. She additionally raised slogans reminiscent of ‘BJP hatao’ and ‘BJP ke chai na’ (We don’t need BJP).
“We won’t let Gujaratis seize Bengal. Bengal will keep in Bengal, we won’t let goons from Gujarat take over Bengal,” she mentioned.
